All great: staff hospitality and politeness, food (dinner and breakfast), internal pools and water playgrounds for toddlers, 6 different saunas + cold pool! Some nice to haves: animators for small children, map of non-concrete running/hiking trails in the area. They even excepted to send us the bathing suit, accidentally left behind - level of service you will not find everywhere. All in all, great experience as usual in Terme Tuhelj :)
